I just love this stuff, I am a workout crazy person love to run and lift weights, basically if its got a weight a bench and makes my heart pound and me sweat , count me in its me. But like the exercise taking it out of my body I like to put it back in too and help it recover. I have had so many pre-post -protein and BCAAS powders and pills I cant remember which ones I have had, only that they haven't done me any good , made me ill or all of the above. This one has to be my favorite, I love watermelon flavor , well I did until I bought some other brand , taste nasty and made me sick and get the jitters. Kind of put me off the flavor until I saw this , I already have Old School Labs products and they are fantastic , basically I thought give this a go, there products pretty much naked,meaning good stuff in and bad stuff out , very healthy and great for anyone . The BCAA powder is great , not that sweet artificial taste or leaving a sweet taste in your mouth 40 minutes after drinking it. Water , ice cubes , water and this powder and wow good to go . And my muscles are already feeling better after me pounding them from a few hours working out . Love it

Tried the classic BCAA watermelon flavor and absolutely loved it! Felt like it helped me recover from my workouts faster and the taste is delicious! I tried another popular brand of BCAA and this one is now my new favorite! Throwing out my old one and this one now has the top place on my shelf! Love that there’s no gross aftertaste and it’s not too sweet! New customer for life!

I bought this to give me a little pick me up after workouts. The flavor is ok but it seems to keep me up at night and irritates my stomach. It does help with muscle recovery as I am less sore when I use it.

Love the bcaa. I mix it in water then add a seltzer water on top and feel like I’m drinking a soda. It’s hard to find something without Splenda. Easy to mix in blender bottle, didn’t settle, good flavor, contains Stevia. Very sweet, but overall very pleased.

I just got it and been using a different brand but i have now changed to old school for all my supplements. I like the different items and the quality. This is no different in quality of the rest of old school labs. To me taste good with the right amount of water. Add to little and its to surgery and to much washes tast out. All depends on how you like it.

The taste is awful.

I love that this is flavored and has no sucralose, I wish all of their products had no sucralose since it bad for gut health, having ulcerative colitis this is something I drink at work and the gym , I will be buying whatever they have that is sucralose free and sweetened with stevia
