Very good bottle

I bought an original branded version that the lid broke within a few weeks so replaced it with this. Equally good & better metal lid. I Use it for water daily & to take to the gym

This bottle arrived on a thursday, I used it twice with nothing but water, it stayed cold and tasted clean, very good. My problem: it was kept in a cupboard close to the floor (about 3 inches up) and after the door was opened it rolled it across a wooden floor which given it is a bottle for outside use, I presumed it would handle but this simple action resulted in significant damage to the paintwork as seen in the pictures attached. Very disappointing. I wanted to report this to the seller directly but found no way to do so. I will buy a rubber sleeve to protect it and hope that does the trick but would not purchase again :(

A fabulous bottle. I'd been wanting one of these insulated bottles for ages, but always held off on getting one. I knew I didn't drink enough water throughout the day, and finally took the plunge and ordered this, and I'm so glad I did.- It's the perfect size at 500ml, smooth, sleek, has a nice simple design that is easy to clean. The little brush that comes with it is a wonder too!- It's seriously upped the amount of water I consume. We've been in the middle of a heatwave this week, and it's made a huge difference to pick this up at any time of day or night and still have fridge-cold water and solid ice cubes in it. I didn't expect it to work in the 30 degree temperatures the UK has been experiencing this week, but it does!- It's been too hot to try it with hot drinks yet, but given how well it works with cold drinks, I have no doubt it will do the trick in the winter too!Overall, I am so pleased with this wonderful little bottle. It works, it's easy to clean, and it's made a huge different to the amount of water I drink. Highly recommended!

I've got a few of these bottles now from various manufacturers but this one was a bit cheaper so I thought I would give it a go. It doesn't feel as high a quality as my other models, as the lid is a bit rough around the edges, but that is understandable given the price. The reason I did have to deduct a star though is that it is advertised as holding 500ml but, when I tipped a 500ml bottle of drink into the bottle yesterday, it overspilled when I put the lid on, so although the bottle have capacity for 500ml, it doesn't actually all fit with the lid on, which is a bit annoying. If they'd made it just a touch bigger, I wouldn't have had the spillage. I can't imagine anyone would want to use it without the lid on because it would somewhat defeat the purpose!

I have purchased this bottle and I use it constantly as soon as it is empty I get it refilled straight away but after two or three refills a horrible smell appears and I really mean rancid smell. We fill the bottle with hot water and add a water purification tablet and leave it for 24 hours. We then rinse the bottle and clean it thoroughly and fill it with cold water and start the cycle again, and after number 3 the smell is back. We don’t understand it because I have another bottle that I have had for a lot longer and I have not had any issues with it. I am not going to sit here and slate the bottle I am hoping the Company will read this and get back to me telling me that they are going to exchange the bottle as I only got it in March this year.
