I deboned and processed my first deer using this knife. It is incredible, as well as incredibly sharp :-). Removing the femur was super easy and made separating muscle bundles a breeze. Trimming up meat, removing tendons/veins, as well as the white muscle 'sheaths' was much simpler. You can sharpen the blades as well as replace them with the new blades included. Removing blades to clean or replace is super simple and easy. Fantastic value for the money, so much so that I ordered two of the folding knives.

What can I say. I have the 3.5 and I loved it. Till I bought this one. Now I'm torn between the two. The 5 inch is shall we just say a beast. Scary thing to behold. It's my new can't go out in the woods without it, knife. It makes me feel safe. It's a no joke knife. I bought the extra blades for it too. And carry extras in the sheath. This thing is not meant for batoning or cutting up firewood. But for camp cooking and prep work, and security. 5***** stars 100%. God pity someone who is up to no good. This 5 incher will ruin his day, and life. There's nothing sharper in the woods. Peace.
