I love the MyPlate Bookmarks, they are great give a ways. I include them in my new client welcome packs.

I’m a diabetes educator and this product was a perfect addition to the materials I give my patients!

I purchased these for my mom because she wanted them. I would give it 1 star, but since she likes them I will give it 4. I found them to be very flimsy even for bookmarks. But you do get 100 of them. Also they're all identical and provide little information. I figure they're selling them more as a reminder or motivation. Really they serve no purpose other than a cheap bookmark. I personally would not recommend these.

They are good but I must have misunderstand because I thought they would be all different but they seem to be more for teachers or dietitian doctors. I am neither.

These were great reference cards for the students in my class.

These double-sided bookmarks were a great addition to an elementary school public health assignment. They are made of a sturdy card stock, not laminated, but have a semi gloss finish
