Will these fit a 05 mustang gt with the 4.6L?

Gary, I installed these on a 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis LS 4.6 curved boot (as shown) aluminum head. These will accept either the plastic clip connectors or the hoop style hairpin clip.

Will these fit a 1998 ford f150??

Yes it should fit. I just looked up your truck with a 4.6 v8 engine and it fits. I used them on my 2002 Lincoln town car 4.6 v8 engine. Love them, working great. Mine was just red in color. God bless
