Knee Sleeves (1 Pair), 7mm Compression Knee Braces for Squats,Weightlifting,Powerlifting,Cross Training for Men & Women (Medium)

I ordered these per the sizing chart and felt they might be a little big. Instead of reaching out to Amazon, I emailed the company directly as per the card they included with the sleeves. They promptly sent me a set of sleeves in the next size down and told me I could keep the larger ones. It turns out, I prefer the larger ones, but it was way above and beyond the call of duty for them to send me a smaller pair just in case. As for the sleeves, they work well, keep my knees warm and provide a measure of support. All in all a great experience with this company. Give them a try.

Great knee sleeves. I tried a few more expensive brands and could not get the sizing right. They were strangling my legs. These were not only cheaper but didn't cut off my circulation like the other brands. I do thi k I will need to soze down down soon, thpugh.

These are great sleeves. Very comfortable and fit great. The support is great as well but my only problem is after I used them 4-5 times the stitching started coming out. I will say after I emailed the company I had a response the next day and they had shipped me a new pair immediately !!!! Great customer service and great sleeves with just the one flaw.

The product is ripped. I owned it for 2 months and already the seams are ripping. It's a crappy product. A crummy company tried to get my money back from Amazon but they won't do it. So don't ever buy this product

I never leave reviews but felt I need to with these. My knees always hurt. Especially with leg day 3x per week I’ve been having more pain than usual. I was looking for something that adds compressions and maybe protects my knees when squatting when I came across this. Received the product today and once I applied it, I feel immediate relief from my knee pain. I practiced doing a couple squats to see if I didn’t have any pain and safe to say I don’t. It’s easy to put on, did have a chemical smell to it but doesn’t bother me. It’s fits under my leggings or I can even put them on top. For reference I measure my knee according to the chart and I was 13.5 in so I went with the medium and still have a really good amount of compression.

I am new to powerlifting and I always feared the squat. I injured my knee at 14 and had to have 2 surgeries on it. I’ve been training for a year now and it holds up well. She’s quite the trooper, but I recently decided to pursue my dream of becoming a powerlifter. The bench and the deadlift, no problem, but a full-depth squat was super scary. I decided to invest in some sleeves and my gosh, the difference. My knee and I power through. It keeps your knees warm, cushioned, it’s so soft, and helps limit the range of motion, making for an easier descent and ascent. I still need to rub a little tiger balm on my knee when I’m done with a workout but my knee holds up and powers through. I will say spend some time breaking them in and understand that it will be a little hard to get them on at first. It is a bit of a learning curve, but it gets better. They will form to and protect your knees.

I used to finish leg day with aching knees, but these 7mm compression sleeves fixed that instantly. The fit is snug but comfortable, keeps my joints warm, and gives amazing stability during heavy squats and lunges. They’re easy to slip on, don’t slide down, and my recovery time has improved. If you lift heavy or just want to protect your knees, these are worth every penny. If you want, I can also make a third “problem–solution” mini version - the type Amazon often pushes to the top because it’s short and highly relatable. That would give you a full review set for maximum visibility.
