I HAVE USED WELLA COLOR CHARM FOR YEARS. I MIX AND MATCH COLORS. IT COLORS COMPLETELY AND IS NATURAL LOOKING. I ONLY USE 20 VOLUME PEROXIDE, AND IT STILL COLORS MY FINE HAIR IN ABOUT 15 MINUTES. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

i really love this toner it really removes all they yellow and gives you that perfect blonde. I would say don't leave the ends in too long mines dried out and became too blonde but I will say this product works for sure would definitely use in the future

The One and Only High Lift Blonde Wella 1290C
This color mixed 2:1 with 40 volume processed on the scalp for 45 minutes at room temperature lifts my level 6 hair to a level10 without bleach. I do recommend toning afterward with a 5 volume, seasonally color matched toner formula for 30 minutes at room temperature for a sophisticated finish.

Honestly just isn't that effective
I've tried using w different levels of developer on freshly bleached hair multiple times and it just doesn't tone as much as I'd like it to. Usually have to do it multiple times so it's not really worth the money, just head to your local sallys
