Should have grabbed this remote long ago
A few years back, I bought an Insignia air conditioner, and it came with an egg-shaped remote with a screen like this one. Lost it on the same day. So I have been controlling it from the panel on the unit till I got this remote. The only thing I don't like about the remote is that you set up how you want the unit to operate, and then it will put all the settings you applied at once. Not how a normal remote works. Typically, a normal remote will do one operation at a time, meaning switch to fan, then make the fan speed medium; this one can do both operations at the same time. Makes it kinda annoying when you want to switch from Cool to Fan, and a huge pain when you want to set up a timer, which is just faster to do on the unit's panel.
