Great product from a reliable company.

The used like new was accurate. The box had a little damage but everything was brand new inside. About $120 discount.

Do not buy. Used the winch three times. Three! Pin inside clutch broke while loading a car during normal operation. Called Warn for support as the part is outside its warranty. The Warn representative told me I had to purchase part #78984. He told me they no longer have this part. Said the part was “obsolete”and I would have to call around to other service centers to see if they have the part. However, I was speaking to the rep in the main service center out their headquarters in Clackamas, Oregon. Warn still manufactures and are selling the unit on their website. Looked up the part from other suppliers and its $289. Terrible customer service. Never going to buy a Warn product again. Do better Warn!

Came early and was very easily installed and works great. It is our 5th one we purchased.

easy install, does the job very well.

Bought one of these to pull a 2300lb race car into an enclosed once or twice on the weekends. First one lasted only a month or so. Second one has been acting up since it was new, now is making all kinds of noises and doesn’t work very good. I figured buying a warn I’d get a long lasting great product. But i guess not.

Good brand but mine have take water inside and stop to run. Warn gave me a new one. I have install my new in a plastic toolbox to prevent water inside.
