Previously i have a pvc one and had got broken thats why i dont wanna take any risk of breaking another one so went for metalic one. It is durable and sturdiness.Image reviews;1. Packaging is not as good, to many scratches on the product and few dents also.2&3. The above covering cap is made up of cheap plastic not a metalic one and got it damaged, but i dont need this so in my case this is fine not giving low ratings.4&5. Overall the base is heavy-duty and the wheels are also good, but the chrome paint is not as shiny as it looks in all others, in my opinion it would get rust in some time. Joint welding and wheel balancig is good. Fits betterOnly i got disappointed with the Packaging otherwise all good.

Item is good....but chrome plating is very poor... Corrosion started when received.... needs to improve

Looks sturdy.. Packing was good but there were scratches all over.The welding joints are good, no rust. The wheels are not free as there is a extra layer of plastic which keeps the chair gripping to the floor.

Using for the past 5 days only. Need to have longer experience.

Giving mediocre rating because, apparently on the pics you can see the scars on metal foots, wielding is poor.I can’t comment on the durability as I’m yet to use it, only thing good is that my old chair fit into it flawlessly.Packing was bad too..

I had my doubts about the fitting, but it fit smooth and you can buy for any office chair. Build is sturdy and it is way better than the PVC thing. I recommend people to buy this as this costs may be couple of 100 bucks more than PVC. It comes with roller , but the roller movement is not smooth, still it does the job. So overall a satisfactory product.
