It’s the perfect size for the Ooni pizza oven. It has good workmanship and is a nice weight.

This peel has been an upgrade for me. Part of that journey included using semolina flour on my work space-more is better. Together, the two are a perfect couple. My pizzas glide on and off the peel with ease. I also find a smaller turning peel useful. For monitoring the bake.

Got a pizza oven and needed the peel to get the pizza in and out of the oven. Seems a little expensive but is made with great quality. Make sure to put down flour/corn meal or whatever else you might use to get the dough to not stick.
