How do you charge the case?

Plug in your lightning cable at the bottom just like you would for your phone. If your phone is in the case it will begin to charge after your phone is fully charged or you can remove your phone and charge only the case.

My case is fully charged when i try to charge my phone it charges for maybe 30 seconds and then stops why? what can i do i have been very very careful

I have this issue too. I’ve found that holding the button that begins charging for 5 seconds seems to help but doesn’t always do the trick. Unfortunately, I’ve had charging cases from 3 different brands and they all do this :(

Is there a possibility i could receive a refund since the case won’t charge my phone anymore during my 8 hour classes
