I am 5’5 170 and hold my weight in stomach. I had to size down from a 12 to a 10. Size 12 was too long in seat and baggy in butt & legs. These are beautiful and comfortable!

Nice fit, comfortable to wear, dressy look.

Arrived quickly. These are roomy, so I reordered in a size smaller, which was a better fit, even though I have broader hips. Very comfortable and fabric has some stretch. Well made, and the fabric is nice for casual or more of a dressy look. The elastic in the back lays nice and doesn't bunch. I always wear my tops untucked, so I appreciate the give in the waist band. I would have liked more length choices, but these work fine with flat heels. Overall, nice and would buy again.

I'm 5' 7" and weigh 190 pounds. Most of my weight is in my belly and chest, so I ordered a size 12. They fit alright, but they are sort of big in the rear and especially the thighs. I would re-order them in a size smaller, but I feel that the thigh would still be too big. I ordered Brown and it is a nice chocolate brown.

I absolutely love these pants! I bought one in each color. They look professional and hang well on the body. The elastic waist in the back makes them very comfortable. They wash well with cold water and Woolite.

The predominant slack size in my closet is 14, with a few Mediums and I think even one size Small. When Amazon told me the recommended size in these Briggs slacks, I trusted it because they’ve been right so many times before.I was shocked when they arrived. The size 12 slacks didn’t touch my body around either the waist or across the stomach, making the slimming tummy panel totally ineffective. The legs were beyond loose fitting and actually puddled on the floor, completely covering my thickest-soled Skecher shoes.I re-ordered them in a size 10 Short. These are the first short pants I’ve ever purchased, and I’ve never even hemmed pants before. So I was highly skeptical of ordering either size 10 or short inseam; however, they arrived today, and fit like they were made for me. Go figure. I certainly can not make sense of it, but I have gone back and ordered the other available color and now wish they came in more choices.BTW, I am 5'6" and 142 lbs.
