The cushion is great BUT the heel is so stiff I can’t get myself to try them again. Maybe if you use some heel pads?

May be the most perfect pump! So comfortable and does not look like an “old lady” shoe. I had stopped wearing heels because of my back but these were comfortable to wear 15 hours the first day. Definitely worth every penny.

Great pair of comfy basic heels!

My wife likes these shoes for everyday at the office (yes, she still goes to the office and still wears proper work shoes!). I have purchased two pairs for her (first pair lasted fine until they met our puppy). They are good looking and she says they are comfortable. She prefers a rounded toe, and these fit the bill.

Most comfortable shoes there is for me.I have all the colours just them to work everyday.

5 Stars for the heels, 2 stars for the execution of the orders.I purchased a pair of these in 7.5N Black about a year ago for $75. They fit better than any heels I have ever had, but a little tight in the toe. I need the Tender Taupe color for an upcoming event, so I decided to try a couple different sizes to get the exact right fit.These heels are now $115. I ordered the 7.5 (left), and 8N (right). I ordered them both in Tender Taupe, but the 8N which I received were Chai. This is especially confusing since Amazon says they're completely out of Chai.In the end, the 7.5N I previously had fit best. These are the only heels I have ever had which didn't leave me with horrible blisters and unable to walk the next day. Naturalizer excels in Narrow widths. Classic, timeless heel which matches everything so I don't have 10 pairs of the same color heels in my closet.I'm not thrilled about receiving the wrong product, or that the price has increased 50% over 1 year ago. However, the sizes I ordered were not available anywhere else. I guess beggars can't be choosers?

Felt like a fake product. One leg was a size 3 and the other read 3.5!

I had black naturalizer shoes that were older and I needed to replace them. I thought these would be the same but they were slightly different. they were MORE comfortable, such an amazing cushy insole, the heel was just slightly higher, not noticeably. The leather is great and I just love these shoes! I have the navy ones as well and would definitely order more colours. They are perfect for work and my feet are never sore at the end of the day!

Love this shoe. Classic black heel. Heel is not too high (3" measured from the back of the shoe) platform sole helps it not feel like 3" though and excellent cushioning. Can wear all day without issues. Love the slight platform. Well made. I usually have an issue with heel sliding out (my heels are thin) and the sides by arch always being loose. This fits perfectly to my foot all around. I wear 8 M and this fits exactly as 8 M should. I would recommend you buy your usual size.

Current review: It has been 2 weeks and I have not heard regarding my return refund. Have heard nothing from Customer Service regarding my refund. Normally Amazon is very good with returns, but this one seems to have fallen between the cracks! I heard that return shipping via Purolator is not very reliable.... hope this is not the case here.Previous review: I have 4 pair of this style, and normally wear 9.5, but ordered size 10, and still too small. Maybe when they are made in China the sizes differ. They are a good quality shoe, but Had to return.

I loved these shoes when I got them, but they were quite a bit larger than my usual 8 1/2 so I went down to an 8. They were still too large so I've purchased some thick pads to go in the heel because I don't think its enough to go down another size but its irritating because now I have to make a trip to the post office to return them. They are very comfy though and good quality leather, but watch out when your ordering them!
