Book arrived as promised and appeared to be new, also as promised, but when I went to use it I found that the CD-ROM was missing. This would not have been such an issue were it not for being unable to download the needed forms from the website. It keeps telling me that the email I have used for years was not properly installed and therefore the acct cannot be activated. And of course if the acct cannot be activated it won't let me download anything. So far this book has proved to be fairly useless and of course the return date expired 2 days ago. So, unless you can ascertain somehow that the CD-ROM will be included, I would not buy this book.
