You say these are interlocking. What is the height of each section as I want to attach them inside a cabinet I have?

They are 14" from bottom to top of "hanger"...they interlock only from top to bottom..not side to side.

It holds the discs in cases.But it is not safe.I have it and not use it.It is wasted money.

Do these work for storing memento, color box and anna griffin stamping inks?

no....i have tried 7 different types of stamp pads. was a big waste of money. stampin up does not fit with color name facing forward so you can see colors but will fit snugly sideways; not at all easy to 'pull' out due to the curvature of the divider. do not recommend or stamp pad use.
