Works great!!
I got phone for my mom to have a live line in easy access places in her apartment, the cordless unit in her bedroom with the music choice and the louder sound in her living room, great value and easy to use .

cordless phone does not work. volume poort on cord phone. wish i did not buy it. i deserve a credit.

Nice phone
I like this phone. It's my second one just like it. Its,wall mounted. unfortunately the little piece that holds the handset if it's wall mounted broke. The company would not assist me in a replacement piece. It's the size of a computer keyboard piece.

Not up to Vtech standards
I trust the Vtech name because I've had good products from them for years. This phone however was not good quality, the sound was not good, it kept going really fuzzy at times and the battery life was not too good.

Great phone product if looking for land line capability
We lose power often in storms and wanted to make sure we still had land line ability, especially during hurricane season when cell towers get too busy. This set works and sounds great.

Was disappointed that it had a defect and I was not able to use it once it had arrived.

It wasn't what we expected. This was just an add on, you had to have the system already. It didn't work for us.
