Easy installation
It was easy to install and I really like it better than the original

better than original sights
These HiViz sights for the Ruger 10/22 are much better than the original sights that were on my old carbine with the gold bead front sight, especaily for those of us who's eyes arn't what they used to be.While I had the original front sight out I measured the height of both the original and the HiViz front sights and found that the HiViz was 0.093 inches taller than the original sight. This gave my gun a slightly higher sight line which some might find helpful.It did take a bit of persuasion to get the old sights out and a little filling on the new front sight to install.

Easy to pickup in low light conditions
Sights fit my mini 14 perfect. Super easy to pickup front in low light condition or if you simply can't see good anymore like me!

Results better than expected!
Made all the difference. 10/22 is now a real tack driver. Tried to install myself, but I’m not good at doing this type of work, so I took them to my gunsmith and he did all the hammering and installation. ( The installation instructions on the package are very simple “HIVIZ recommends securing the service of a gunsmith for this installation” The gunsmith got the windage perfect and I got the elevation perfect and after one super easy adjustment by me at the range. The sights were dead nuts on. I put the red pipe on the front sight for contrast with the green rear sights. Hope they work as well for you.

Good visibility - challenging installation - sharp corners
Just got these and installed them immediately on my 10/22 takedown. They sit just a hair higher than the factory sights and I can actually seem them over my picatinney rail (which I could not do with the factory sights). Installation was a little challenging. Had to file down the front sight a little with a nail file to get it started in the dovetail. But it eventually went into place with a brass punch. The visibility from the light rails is superior to the factory brass bead for rapid target acquisition. The only criticism is that the rear sight has some sharp outside corners that can snag things. That needs to be rouned a little by the manufacturer.

Great replacement sight for 10/22.
The set is made of good materials and the price was very good. The only thing I will mention that was a bit disappointing was the fit on the rear sight was a little loose.

Great sights
Sights are much brighter than Ruger stock sights. Pretty easy installation with a vise and the right tools. Great value for the money spent! Thanks
