A year on: Still comfortable for 9 hours, looks good.
Bought two of these chairs for a home office set up a year ago. Spent a lot of time procrastinating about whether I should spend more, hated the idea of spaffing £200 on a single chair, then finally plumped 2 of these HABDA chairs. Both came well packaged, assembled easily, and look clean and unassuming in our office. I'm 5ft 7'' and my husband is 5ft 9'', we're both slim people and for us, one year on these chairs continue to provide comfort all day long. I don't notice I'm sitting down, no aches, no sweaty feeling if the day is a hot one. A malfunction on one of the chairs (all the welds spontaneously failing where each roller wheel meets the chair foot) was sorted swiftly by the vendor - again, I can't complain: manufacturing quality on a £67 mass produced chair isn't going to match that of Herman Miller and I accept that! All in all, we're really happy.

neat and discreet office chair
I've since bought two of these chairs since the start of the pandemic and another one for my sister (thats how much we like these). All others were large and bulky and we live in a small place so I wanted something small but comfortable for me and my partner as we work several hours at the desk from home. I'm 6' tall and this chair is ideal. I needed a tilt function which allows me to 'rock' as I work (helps me think) which this chair does. The wheels are also relatively smooth. My bum occasionally goes numb but my partner's doesn't (granted I have no bum so need an extra seat cushion which I bought from Ikea). I usually suffer from lower back pain and although this chair has little lumbar support, it oddly doesn't hurt my back (I sit in it for up to 9 hours a day). The back itself reaches at the top of my arm pits (so I can throw my arm over it for example when sitting, for you to get the picture - but again, I'm tall), and this also isn't an issue for me as I thought I'd need to have my neck supported.Just to note, the second chair we ordered (the white armed), didn't tilt as well because the large plastic nut was warped (which you tighten or loosen to get the appropriate tilt tension - I like mine loose) and the wheels didn't roll smoothly because the holes for the wheels in the frame were also bent. So could do with some quality checks! However, to my surprise, the seller was helpful and promptly replaced the item.

First Class Chair, Outstanding Customer Service
I’m not very consistent in reviewing purchases from Amazon and so, belatedly, I thought I would for this office chair bought a year or so ago.Looks-wise, it’s very elegant – understated linen-look grey, well-styled arms. It has great back support, too. The only drawback is that the seat is not well-padded – and my rear end is probably the only part of me that’s not well-padded! I bought a padded Preup memory foam cushion to rectify that, and it works splendidly. But the main reason that prompted me to write this review is the outstanding customer service from Hbada. Relocating my office from upstairs to down just recently, and getting a bit tired with carting things downstairs, I decided to be “clever” and bring down an armful of stuff and “bounce” the chair very gently down the stairs with me. First stair, no problem. Second stair, bits of plastic few off one of the casters, followed by the little wheel itself. On the off-chance, I contacted Hbada and asked if I could purchase a caster, stressing that the breakage was down to my own stupidity and not a fault of the product. I was told that “we don’t sell casters, but we can send you one. It might be a different colour though.” Two days later, a package arrived with a set of FOUR casters (yes, all black rather than the black with white trim I had but…)So, great product. Absolutely brilliant First Class Customer Service - Thank you Hbada!

Good chair for smaller people
This is a smaller sized desk chair that is good for those on the petite side (I'm 5"2). I searched a long time to find a chair that would have a seat height low enough for me, and chair depth that was not too deep. The back support is comfortable. The only problem I've had is that the tilt mechanism was set too tight by the manufacturer, so I couldn't use this. The seller sent me a replacement tilt part, but I think not realising that the part can't be dismantled and replaced once fitted to the leg piece. So my advice would be to check you can turn the tilt knob before assembling this to the chair leg. I would also recommend buying an additional comfort cushion if you will be sitting for 7+ hours - I paid £25 for a Bonmedico cushion (42x42 cm) which it fits perfectly and makes a big difference in comfort levels.

if you’re going to use it don’t buy it
Back of the Chair broke after 3 months of use , it will be hard to be seated in it without something underneath after 2 months and a bitI think it’s better to buy something more pricey and better

The quality of production.
I am disappointed withe quality of the product. The material covering on the back rest was thin allowing the metal frame to be felt. In other words there was no effective padding to make the backrest comfortable. I am going to be obliged to reinforce this area, unless you have a substantial cover which will achieve the same effect.

Pretty good chair
For an infrequently used office chair this is pretty good. The usual Chinese assembly to cope with, but not challenging and looks fine for the money. Mine started squeaking from day one, but I'm a heavy chap. The castors do not move easily over carpet, so you may want to consider a chair mat to make this easier to use. On a hard floor it would be fine.Comfortable (and I'm 6ft 3) for the price. Long term I can see the arms bending over with time. You could do much worse!

Lightweight and easy to assemble
Really lightweight and easy to assemble. It does hold you up quite well, but the wheels aren't the strongest so if you have a rug or thick carpet I think it would struggle to move slightly. Generally a very good chair and good value for money.
