Quality is really good and heavy and looks exactly same as shown in the picture. The swivel is smooth without any sound. One problem I found out compared to the rowing handle without swiwel is while doing T-bar row the barbell will not be at the centre of the handle which makes weight to be on one side more than other side

This is the same, maybe even better, than the one I use at the gym for both close grip rowing and my landmine bent over rowing. I am very happy with the quality and pc. Very well built rowing accessory and works extremely well. I would use weight training gloves as the knurled handles can be rough on sensitive hands.Overall very pleased with this purchase.

Very heavy sturdy design however the grip part if you don't wear gloves rubs a bit hard on your hands but well worth the price point
