Melissa & Doug Scoop and Stack Ice Cream Cone Playset

Our 3 year old daughter really likes playing with this set but the only problem is that the magnets are pretty weak. The chocolate doesn't stick to the scoop at all. The others work pretty well, but I expected them to stick to the scoopers much more strongly. I was pretty disappointed when we first opened it on Xmas.

I had been wanting to buy this ice cream toy for a while after seeing something similar on TV, and I’m really glad we decided to get it. My son is 2 years old and he enjoys playing with it a lot. The overall quality feels good and the pieces seem sturdy enough for regular toddler play. My biggest complaint is that the magnets are pretty weak. You have to move the scoop fairly slowly and carefully to keep the ice cream from falling off, which can be a little frustrating for a 3-year-old who wants to move quickly. That said, it's still a fun set and we've enjoyed playing with it. I just wish the magnets were stronger because that would make the scooping part much easier and more satisfying for little kids.
