Awesome item.
Do not buy a cheap knock off. This item is heavy, and the extra weight means it does not sound like a chainsaw while using it.While there are those who have had a bad experience with this item, I cannot imagine they have the same item.Please understand. I am a man. I do not use this for the purpose many women buy it for. It works wonders for a back ache. And I cannot imagine it would not work wonders for a woman too.Bear in mind that Hitachi made the original. But Hitachi sold the product line to this company. It is the same hardware. Not 110-240 v.
Simply put, I ordered this for 240 v. operation. When I got it, though the model number is correct, it clearly states the operating voltage as 110-120 v., 60 hz.I am further disappointed because a seller response clearly states that this will work on 240 v. Seller is deceptive about merchandise.
