I came across Yoga wheels by accident and thought how interesting. Decided to do a little more research and came acrossthis amazing looking wheel. Now due to my age, (under a 100 but more than 60) I know I have lost flexibility. So this wheel made sense to me. I ordered the 5 piece kit and couldn't wait to receive it. Used it twice the first day It arrived. That night I wasn't awakened periodically with my usual back pain. That said, I couldn't be happier. Use this every day now. I can feel myself getting stronger. Working on my balance as well as some plank work for my core as well. Can't wait to see how much flexibility I can regain. I do use the strap as well for stretching. I had been looking for something to use that could stand the pull and this fits the bill. Really nice bags to keep it in. Nice instructions as well. As I have only started Yoga last year, I am still learning but I consider this a must have.

I purchased this for 45 dollars on Oct 14, 2018 now it is 30 (11/5/2018)- i kinda feel a little ripped offI use this item for stretching my lower back -i have Degenerative disc disease and have been looking for cost affordable method to relive the pressure and pain in my back. the item is sturdy which is a good /bad thing. it provides you with support however because there is no give to the item you then to be sore after using it. at the end of the day it is a good buy

I love my dual yoga wheel! You can use either side and it is more comfortable on one side than the other for me. It works great just before yoga class and when I can't get to the chiropractor. Really helps in opening up the chest and popping my upper back. That said, please know that my body is not your body and you may have a totally different experience. I'd still recommend to anyone to try though, defiantly worth it!

Product is as described. Comes in a fancy well made orange box with a bag for the yoga oblong wheel and a bag for the elastic stretching band which has loops for different sizes. Very nice quality. I have tried it with different poses, stretching, and core. I use it for my back and even support for sitting against a chair. There are various things you can use it for. Of course what works for me may not work for others. I am not a master at yoga but I find yoga helps me in running and everyday life. It takes years of practice and commitment. I couldnt find the 55 page pdf file anywhere. No links. I contacted the seller in their website and they quickly responded back and send me the link. Apparently Amazon did not send it to me. I truly I'm excited about this cork yoga wheel. The way it's made it's easier for my back, especially as a beginner. It is well made I feel comfortable with just laying on it without thinking you might fall apart. I really enjoy the accessories that came with it and the packaging is amazing.

The packaging is so amazing and is well thought out so items inside would have no damage. I wish is cane with a printed copy of the exercises because it is 95 pages to print out. But the product is great and is a fabulous asset to my yoga regime.

I purchased this for my yoga instructing wife for Christmas. She was in love with it from the first use. She uses it regularly at home and plans to integrate it into her yoga classes. Great product and durability. Nice packaging as well.

This is very well made and sturdy. Nicely packaged, the bags keep it all neat. This would also make a great gift as well!
