What are the health benefits of Dandy Blend?

I don't know the research but I've heard that it has trace minerals that are vital for certain biological processes. It is also a non-caffeinated way to reduce or Nix caffeine from your diet which can have health benefits. Of course dandelion has its own health benefits with digestion.

Can you use in a keurig?

I have made it with my Keurig. I just put the powder in the cup and run the hot water through on top. Like I do when I make a cup of tea.

How much is the sugar content ?

It doesn’t list ‘sugar’. The ingredients are: extracts of roasted barley, rye, chicory root, dandelion root and sugar beet (so I guess that’s where the sweetness comes from). I really enjoy the taste... with just a bit of almond or oat milk—-NO extra sugar.

I don't want lots of packaging. Is this just a bag with the granules/powder in it or does the big bag contain lots of little bags?
