I am looking for an pull string musical box, not for an hand made crank. But, that's my fault.

Bought this for my 1 year old daughter thinking it was bigger however when we received it I realized how small it really it. It works great and my daughter likes the song however she can't play it herself as the crank is too small for her to grab. This is the second review that I am leaving as my first one got deleted. Now my rating is specifically for the toy as the seller contacted my after my 3 star seller rating and told me I did not read the whole description and that it was my fault and they deserve a better review. I am happy with the toy to a point and hope my daughter will still like it when she's old enough to play the song on her own. As for the seller, I do not appreciate being called and told that I am wrong for giving a 3 star review, and will not purchase from this seller again.

Gosh, where to start?! So shiny and pretty. Great sound. The packaging was perfect. We bought six and all were equally charming.

Music box arrived broken and wouldn't play tune. We tried to open and fix ourselves, but we found that internal parts arrived damaged beyond repair. I consider this just bad luck, because I ordered another music box from the same company (Winnie the Pooh) and it arrived in perfect condition, no issues. I didn't bother to return the box because of hassle and the cost of sending item back would exceed the cost of the item itself. This blip in product quality will not deter me from ordering from the company again, however. I feel like this was an isolated incident.

It's really cute but it doesn't wind up you have to spin it yourself to make music. Like an organ grinder. Ya know? When I saw this I thought I could just wind it up and set it down but it won't play unless you keep it spinning yourself.

My little 10 month old enjoys when I play it for him. Not bad value. If he approves I approve.
