As long as it's the correct size it doesn't matter what wattage it is the oven temperature is governed by the thermostat ( the knob with the numbers on ) . The higher the wattage the quicker rise to selected oven temperature .

What diameter is this?

About 8ins I put it in the cooker about 4months ago so can't be sure
