I bought the XL, and I am 6'2 and go between 188-190 most of the time. It fits a little loose, and is certainly not skin tight. The XL is comfortable for my build.

Q: Do these shirts shrink after washing?

The shirts are poorly made and stretch- not very good workout clothes

Q: At what temperature should these be washed? Are they ok to put in the dryer? There are no washing instructions

I have washed them in warm water several times and dried in the dryer each time with no shrinkage or fading. So far they have surpassed my expectations....very pleased.
