This is the best way to play Patchwork!The original Patchwork games are only 2 players, so right of the bat this is a welcome improvement. It’s easy to learn and easy to teach.A con might be that some of the pencils it comes with are pretty mediocre. The best way to play this is to bust out some other color pencils or pens and have fun making the patterns. Win or lose you end up with some beautiful works of art!

I own at least 150 games, and this is my favorite!! It’s so fun to sit and doodle with my family. We play it many times a week! Love!One request: I wish I could buy a refill pads on their own when we run out instead of a whole new game - I only need the pad.

Great travel game for two people. As fun as original version, and different enough to purchase in addition, even if you don't want a travel game. Intriguing, easy to set up, takes minimal space, and provides new element of fun and creativity drawing the patches too! Aesthetic, strategy-based game, with lovely element of luck. A joy to play. And doesn't take long either.

I really enjoy the original patchwork game and this one is a good variant to play with multiple people instead of just two players like the original.There are no buttons in this version, and it feels a little less complex, but it’s super easy to teach and play with multiple family members. Pretty quick games and it feels fair since everyone is on the same footing except for the shape of the very first patch piece.I photocopied the paper drawing pad included so that I could stretch the number of uses. I would also recommend using your own colorful pencils, pens, or markers for this game.

This is a quick little game where you use cards to determine the shape you draw on your individual game pad. It’s seems simplistic but there’s some strategy necessary if you’re going to place the shape in the correct spot and score the most points. Easy game to play on a plane, in a restaurant or coffee shop or simply at home with family. If you like roll and writes (this one uses cards instead of dice) or like quick filler games, then this is a good one to get. Good for ages 10+ but also enjoyed by adults. Not necessarily a kids’ game so don’t let the box cover fool you.

This game is a great ‘simple’ version of patchwork. Kids will love the artwork aspect of filling in the patchwork patterns, and adults and kids alike will enjoy the overall patchwork game experience in a portable format. Also a great alternative for the patchwork fan that wants to play with more than two people at a time!

I figured this would be a pretty good game, because I like the original Patchwork, and I figured this would be like that, but with coloring! But it's a lot better, I think! Not only can you play with more than two people, but you get to be a little creative in coloring in your patches, too. This was super fun with a group of adults, and I think kids would go wild for this. We've played this game more in the past week than pretty much anything else this year.

Then BUY PATCHWORK DOODLE! this will scratch that same itch as Patchwork did but with a new Roll and Write game play. I am digging Roll & Writes right now and I am really digging PATCHWORK DOODLE! Block, cartas, 5 colores, un dado una ficha e instructivo en una caja pequeñita.Juego muy entretenido, el bloxk trae 80 hojas que se pueden utilizar por ambos lados, aunque el juego dice que es de 2 a 6 jugadores pueden jugar al mismo tiempo todas las personas que tengan una hoja.

We keep it in the trailer for camping. A little bit of a learning curve but easy to get the hang of. Fun to do the drawing. Scoring is also a little bit tricky at first. Lots of fun.

I own the original Patchwork game and didn't really find it all that "fun" tbh but this one though is enjoyable and worth getting.
