It has the Cohiba name and symbol on it. For the price It wouldn’t surprise me if it’s not legitimate. With that being said. It’s not a bad lighter at all.

Can you turn the lighter upside down?

Normally, a lighter is not designed to be held upside down, if you do so you’ll burn your hand or worse the heat will damage the lighter if it lasts too long. If you have to use is upside down, I wouldn’t recommend this operation lasts too long, I guess 5 seconds at most.

Yes, it’s windproof to some extent, because it’s a triple jet lighter, it produces a wide diameter flame with high fuel pressure. So it’s not only a lighter used for cigars, it can also be used outdoors even in windy weather.
