I am in the process of going gray and have some low-lights that are a bit brassy. This product works beautifully for me and also super conditioned my hair. My usually coarse hair was silky smooth after I rinsed out the product. Only one no no. The size of the product was recently reduced to less than 5 ounces and the price has been raised by several dollars. Corporate America cheating, again. Also, the Amazon price was even higher. Best to purchase this product in a local store.

I had my hopes set to high for this, I’ve recently bleached my hair and of course it turned brassy orange, I read the reviews and I thought this would be good to use as a toner, big mistake! It didn’t do a single thing to my hair, it smells amazing though and did leave my hair soft so I will give it that! This would probably be good for a typical conditioner for blondes-but definitely shouldn’t be advertised as a toner.And yes I followed the directions...

So, I've bought other products that claim to tone down brassiness and had very little luck. So I didn't go in with high hopes but I was pleasantly surprised! This cream is a violet color which is great because that is the best color to neutralize brass. Smells good, feels good (you don't need to condition on days you use this) and I'm happy with the result. The result isn't drastic but it's noticable, so thumbs up!

Ok so let me start by saying I don't often write reviews.I am a seasoned vet when it comes to bleaching my own hair. Been doing it for years. Never found a good toner/conditioner combo.I love Garnier products. I already have or uss their Shampoo, conditioner, dyes, bleach, leave in conditioner, styling products, and 1 minute hair mask! I found this product a couple weeks ago when I was going to touch up my roots and thought, "why not try it?"I LOVE IT!!! <3MY HAIR IS SOOOOOOOOO SOFT!It smells good, feels good, and looks great! Instant difference after using it! I couldn't stop playing with my hair! I left it in for 20 minutes, way longer that it suggested but I know my hair needed it lol.Definitely 20 Stars! I bought thought this so I could go from my light brown hair to ANY shade of blonde. The company's website even says this specific number dye will do the trick. I followed the instructions exactly as written very carefully. My hair is actually DARKER now. What is going on? I feel ripped off. Don't go near this company's hair dye.

I bought this to take the brassiness out of a dark blonde dye job. It does not remove brassiness whatsoever, but it works fine as a conditioner.
