They are easy to install and keep the kids from pulling the oven door open. The kit provides several adhesive stickers. Cleaning the surface is a vital first step, otheriwse the adhesive might not stick as well. They are simple to operate with one hand and don't interfere with the stove's operation in any way. The only caveat: Our stove is an industrial stove, and the edges near the oven door become quite hot. This does affect the adhesive, so be sure to check for the best place to place the lock.
