This product was recommended to me by an ozone focused dental specialist.I didn’t notice much of the mint flavor because ozone itself has a pretty strong taste.Occasionally I added a few drops of Doterra mint to help mask the ozone taste.Personally I am not put off by the taste because I understand the benefits.But it did take some time getting use to.My teeth and gums appear smooth, shiny, brighter, gums more pink in a healthy way, and friends have commented on the overall improvement of appearance.Teeth feel cleaner and fresher and I believe it has helped with bad breath.I use this product 2-3/wk

Tastes rancid but living with the taste for gum health
I am in the same boat as some other folks - this mouthwash tastes rancid to me. It also smells rancid so I asked a family member to smell the oil and it didn't smell off so I think the rancid smell/ taste impacts some people but not everyone. Since I have VERY bad gums right now, I think I will live with the bad taste and just brush my teeth after I use the wash to get rid of the taste. I would rather heal my gums. That being said, this is a pretty expensive product if you don't know if you are in the percentage of folks who the wash would taste rancid for. I probably wouldn't recommend it unless your mouth is in bad shape or you already have tried a similar product and it hasn't tasted bad to you.

Real Deal
This is the real deal for ozonated oil. I am using this for oil pulling and it is strong and powerful. I haven't used it long enough to know the results. I will post later. I am hoping to prevent cavities and to restore receding gums or at least hold them where they are. I will report results in a few months.
