Will this work on 2002 Ford F250?

Worked fine on my early 1999 F350

For the individual that changed the position of the pins to make this work on a 2002, can you describe how you were able to remove the pins?

I experienced a similar issue - I believe you are referring to the pin layout on the VEHICLE side of this harness, not the standardized 7-pin trailer side. Ford changed the pin layout for model year 2002 & up, so purchasing a wiring pigtail requires matching your vehicle to the correct Ford part. Note that BOTH variants of this part will plug into BOTH truck variants, but they will not function properly when mismatched. You must match your truck year to the proper harness pin layout. For model years 1999 thru 2001, search for Ford part number YC3Z-13A576-CA. For 2002 & up, search for Ford part number 2C3Z-13A576-DA. (you'll have to cross those numbers to Curt or other manufacturers yourself) If you need to change VEHICLE side pin layouts (on THIS harness, NOT the TRUCK), I'd imagine that would require disassembling the back side of the connector, and using a pick or scribe to free the pins from the housing and relocating them to the positions needed on your truck - you'll have to be savvy with a multimeter to map the pins to what you need on your vehicle.
