This stuff is the best when needing to add a deep rich color to something. Try and brushing directly onto a meat prior to searing it and the taste it adds is impressive not too mention that it adds nicely to the scrapings from the pan. I’m finding more and more ways in which to use this sauce. Too bad that I can’t share them with my mom today. She passed away almost 30 years ago. Too this very day, every time I see or use my Kitchen Bouquet I am bombarded by so many great memories of mom teaching me about her way of cooking, which happened to be Texas comfort food. Maybe too large a bottle to use up in time?** A: I really don't know when I bought this bottle. When I did, I wished it had been smaller, but I have used it more than I thought. My bottle expired in April of 2013, but I have been using it frequently and it is still performing as expected. I have used this product my whole married life (53 years). I will buy another bottle when this one is gone. but I would still like to find a smaller bottle. No reason except I would just prefer it. This expiration date hasn't seemed to matter. **Q: Does it have to be refrigerated?** A: No, it does not. The 32 oz bottle usually lasts me about a year, and I've never refrigerated it. Enjoy!
