Arrived on time and worked without any issue

Good product and happy with it and would buy again.

phone received, did have very minor wear on handset, but was to be expected.the clease extension cover was missing, i email them and a replacement cover ups the next day.fax response, phone works grest, will purchase again as i add more phones.

I admit I was initially leery of a "renewed" phone; however these phones are basically brand new. Phone works great and their customer service is really good (we had to work out some minor details on shipping).

Fast shipping. Fit with our current server easy to set up and work. The quality of the communication sound was average not as clear as new server phones but it will do.
