This is how I make my cookies: 1 Cup of the nut butter 1/2 Cup Powder Sugar substitute (Swerve) 1 egg 1-2 tsp Vanilla Sugar Free Chocolate Chips Almond or Coconut Flour to thicken Lakanto Sugar Free Maple Syrup 2-3 Tbs or to taste Thoroughly Mix all ingredients except Chocolate Chips and Flour. This Maple Syrup is a little bit watery which is why I add just a little of the flour at the end starting with a Tbs at a time to get to the consistency of cookie dough. Add the amount of Chocolate chips you would like. I line a 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper and spoon the dough into it. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-11 min.. These will be quite loose at first. The longer it sits, the more firm it gets but my boyfriend can't wait and wants it mushy as possible. Before I let them cool and firm up enough, he has already eaten half and he isn't on a Keto Diet so I have to make these when he isn't around. lol The ingredients are not cheap. but if you don't use that Keto Maple Syrup that often, it will last you.
