good bench
I needed a shortie bench for presses,alt bicep curls,overhead tricep extensions etc that would take the pressure off my lower back. This is a good,heavyduty bench. Solid like the York benches.Also wanted to add that if you are on the shorter side,like me 5ft 8 in., when you put the back pad on...turn it upside down. Logo will b upside down but who cares? better for me when i do overhead tricep extensions etc..

TDS military press bench
This bench is nice and sturdy, light built really tough but the back pad is to high for somebody that is short I’m only 5’8” so the pad is to height and far back if you wanted to do shoulders.

Good product. I found that the seat is mounted ...
Good product. I found that the seat is mounted too far forward, so I just drilled new holes to mount the seat where I wanted. Other than that, works great!

Excellent Seated Military Press Bench
This purchase completed another must have piece of equipment for my home gym. The entire process....from ordering to delivery to installation....was all excellent. This bench is perfect for seated dumbbell curls, seated flyes, tricep extensions and more. Similar to another review, the only drawback for me personally was that the back rest is too high. I like the back rest pad to only come up to shoulder level or a little lower....makes it easier to use a dumbbell for tricep extensions, etc. The solution was to simply turn the back rest pad upside down and bolt it on. Now it's absolutely perfect and the pad/logo being upside down doesn't bother me at all. C'mon it's more about functionality vs cosmetics lol.

This company doesn’t care about quality just quantity
I am disappointed by the quality of this product. There was a spot where paint was chipped off so they did a terrible touch up job. They were in such a rush to send this out you didn’t care about the quality. Also the same piece with the touch up had a slight bend to it, I had to hit it with a rubber mallet to get it to fit properly. So it looks like this piece was dropped. On top of that one of the bolts were missing!
