Great salt
No additives, no artificial iodine, no anticaking agents... Normal, healthy salt. Dissolves quickly and leaves the water clear. Fermenting cabbage, or radishes is safe and easy. You don't have to worry like with other salts, I had many bad experiences before.

Salty and delicious, with more magnesium and potassium than regular salt
Really tasty, and salty, salt. I bought it to get more of the magnesium and potassium, not just sodium, so I expected it to taste less salty than regular salt. But it's really salty, and good, and since it seems healthier than regular salt I will be happy to use it.

Not all Sea Salt is as salty
I have tried several types of sea salt and this one is noticeably less salty than the sea salt i normal use. Because of that, i use more of it. So while this seems like a better price than what i normally purchase, the fact that i need more of it to flavor my food means it is not as economical as i first thought it would be. Still, it is a good salt.
