Anyone know if this will work for a rock island rock ultra fs .45?

As long as it has a full-sized, .45 ACP barrel bushing, it should work. I don't have an Ultra FS to confirm it, but I do have another RIA 1911 and it did work for it, but not a different, 9mm 1911 that had a smaller than standard bushing.

Does this work on Springfield 10mm 1911?

To the best of my knowledge, all the barrel bushings for 1911's are the same, and it will work.
