If you have a sweet tooth trying to eat clean well then these are for you! The apple + fig bar has minimal sugar and no added sugars which is amazing for how it tastes so sweet and delicious. Very good if you are on the go or need a quick snack!

Like learning how enjoyable a fine Stilton, Gouda, or Cheddar is at room temperature, That's It bars are the height of preserved fruit--better than wine, preserves, or marmalades. In fact, pairing a apple+fig That's It Bar with a fine cheese is probably the height of excellence--too fine for the human mind to experience. My imagination has been running wild. Could That's It bars be made with citrus? Could a Marmalade be stuffed into one of these marvelous bars? One of the best features of these bars is that if you are allergic to a few things, or hyper-sensitized, or just find certain things (like coconut) unpalatable, it is easy to ignore them. Just don't buy the weird combos. That's It does not sneak things into their fruit bars, not even extra flavors. Bless them. In these days of unmitigated complexity, focus group flavor panels, and cost shaving--none of which improves my life in the least--That's It is completely counter-culture. Though I've never met these folks, they have chosen to make my life better. They can do the same for you if you let them. But don't buy all these bars. Please leave me a few. Savor each bar slowly. Bask in the bliss. Close your eyes and let the texture and flavor expand your mind. It's better than a self-help Yoga class in every little package. Well, anyway, I imagine that's true!

Good taste

I do not typically write reviews. I eat very clean and healthy and these things taste NASTY! I am sorry that I wasted my money. I will give the remaining box to a local food bank/charity, but honestly I cannot imagine anyone liking these. YUK

My dietitian had these on her snack bar. I’m diabetic, snacks are important between meals. Love fruit desserts but fig Newtons, so much carbs. I don’t count sugar just carbs. Chewy and just the right amount to satisfy my sweet tooth. Carry them in my purse for a quick pick me up and keeps me from craving all the bad stuff. Need to add protein, hard boiled egg or nuts, nut butter and a perfect snack to keep your blood sugar down. “ That’s it “ come s in many fruit options.

These are ok if you like figs. They have a fig flavor but I did not taste the apple. Needs more flavor. I will not buy this flavor again.

This was one of several repeat orders. Every flavor I've tried has been very good.
