I've tried other onion soup mixes and this one is just the best for flavor and versatility. Add this to some sour cream and use it as a classic onion soup dip! I love it with ridged chips because they don't break when dipping. I also use this to make the absolutely best pot roast! You can't go wrong with this classic mix as it is so easy to use. Lately I've been using one packet mixed into 1 1/2 pounds of ground lean beef plus 1/3 cup panko and 1 egg. I mix it all up while wearing those disposable gloves. Then I put it in a loaf pan and bake it for 1 1/2 hours. Putting bacon on top of the meatloaf is an option and then I also spread on Heinz chili sauce mixed with a little mustard powder and about 2 teaspoons of muscovado sugar. Delicious!

My family loves French onion dip! I purchased this product to keep on hand for mixing with sour cream, to make this dip. I use it all the time. This pack of six boxes (two packets in a box), are such a bargain on Amazon! So much less than grocery store prices!

A bit to salty. Have to add more sour cream and mayonnaise. Still very tasty dip.

Living in Australia, it was great to be able to get my hands on Lipton Onion Soup mix. Tastes like home! Note: I forgot there were 2x packs per box so had a LOT to get through but nobody here was complaining!
