3 month Edit: I thought it was the Kat's meow! then i found out that has hairballs that will not clear.
So, one guy at our shop has this, and another has part of a system. I never really see them using this, i was always told its a pain to refill.Soo.. that's a load of BS. All you have to do is remove the regulator and the small red line that goes to the regulator. From that point its just a regular tank .For us it hooks up just fine to our big tank at the shop. The shop guys take care of the big tank so its damn near plug and play for us service techs ( Thank you Derick!).So, what i did is i removed the regulator ( small and it follows the neck of the bottle vs sticking out so it catches on stuff) and hooked the entire system to my 25lb tank. Much more control now vs just gripping and looking away.I use the drain dog fitting, it works so well, i can purge from under the evap from inside the pan.I wish DiversiTech would make and sell just the kit without the tank. This is a big chunk of change to go from " hey my 25 lb tank and hose works just fine" to look how clean this works. A middle ground would be nice.EDIT 6.14.17 So after a month or two of daily use, this thing has fallen apart. Hoses have come loose, almost got hit in the face when the line popped. Never took the unit past 125 psi. Drain dog has ripped. I like two things out of this kit.1: the small 5lb tank, ya, its slick vs the monster tank.2: the Harrison valve vs the one most takes go with. Being able to goose the drain with a two finger twist is slick.other than that..pass. Lipstick on a pig.Now having said that I was sent a replacement kit, so we will see if I just got a bad one or if this is a Rube Goldberg.Edit: 9-1-17 fittings leak again. Save your time, save your money. Get the uniweld regulator, get a good air gun hose, and buy a small tank if you want one. This kit is a waste, the two good things are the regulator and the small tank. rest is just scrap.

It worked good, until the connections stripped out
It worked good, until the connections stripped out. Be careful not to cross thread it when your filling it up.

Poor description.
Not an accurate depiction of product. Carrying case was cheaper quality. Will have to locate elsewhere. All pieces were in box and in original packaging, but carry case had a broken handle out of the box.

Must have tool for any hvac tech or plumber!
This is a great tool! Being in in the refrigeration industry, I'm up and down ladders all day and this beats hauling a 25# bottle co2 up the side of a building.. The only reason I only gave this 4 stars is because of fact that, the rings that attach the shoulder strap to the tank case are cheap and for the price of this unit you would think they could get a stronger ring..

I have had to fail in a year. One leak out of tank the other only refilled two times. Emailed customer service they said they don't deal with warranties I had to call a second party. WTH
