Missing Parts
I received my light bar today and was disappointed to discover that all eight 1/4" socket bolts are missing. All other parts were included. I was excited to install it tonight, but will have to make a trip to a parts store to complete this project. I've used this product on another jeep before and was quite happy with it.

I literally ordered this yesterday and received the delivery today, so it was at least great to have the item fulfilled and delivered fast...HOWEVER... I don't know what's the deal on its packaging, but there was almost nothing when I opened the box. There were a bunch of things that were missing in the shipment. It's actually easier to just list out what I received: cross bar, the 2 sides that mount to the windshield, 2 small parts and the instructions--no bolts, nuts, washers, and other parts unique to this light bar. In fact, the instructions had a diagram on how to install the bar, and it showed so many pieces that were missing.Ok, so there was a screw up in packaging... it happens... now here's what I think of the product itself (or at least what I had of it)... I think it's wayyyyy overpriced... the parts that I received did not seem to be durable if installed. The design looks like it would run into a lot of aerodynamic problems... the side mounts actually stick outwards, which does look so good when you look at it live (also makes you wonder about their functionality of sticking outwards).Overall, I think if I did receive the product properly with all necessary parts and had it installed on my Jeep, it would not be stable. Wind would catch on it so easily and would probably break. and besides, so many parts for a LIGHT BAR??? why does it have to be so complicated????I explained my situation to Amazon and they were cool about returning it back for a refund. At least I don't have much headache in accounting for all the parts when shipping back... 'cause there's almost nothing to account for.
