QuickFit 2 Pack Dumbbell Workout Exercise Poster - Volume 1 & 2 - LAMINATED 18" x 24"

I use these nearly every day. I love that these exercises are back to the basics. They are perfect for writing on each time you workout, too! Good size, great quality.

It is really nice. Laminated and very protected from the weather or use. My grandson will be posting it above his weight area.

I really like the posters . Gives a lot of different exercises to do with dumbbells.

Excellent for beginners who want a quick visualization of what body parts are worked out.

As expected

Laminated poster with nice, clear images. They have both a vertical and horizontal display and are printed on both sides. I got several of these posters from this vendor and all are of good quality. I wish they had the "Sliding Bench Workout" as part of the sets as I'd have probably bought a pack instead of a few separately. One thing I forgot to note on my other reviews of this product is that they really like being rolled up. I ended up putting them under a carpet with some books on them to help flatten them out. I ended up putting them in poster frames because I didn't want to put pin holes in them. I'm not sure if picture adhesive would work or not.

I bought a bunch of these posters (dumbbells, body weight, bands, sliders) and there’s a ton of exercises on each especially since this poster (and a few of the others) come with two separate circuits. With all of the posters combined there’s a ton of exercises to choose from. I’ll stick to my first weekly routine for awhile but there will be plenty of new exercises that I can use when I switch routines. The uncurling process was a pain. I didn’t do as instructed, I just laid books on the corners for a few days. I’m not framing them or tacking them to the wall but it was fine after a few days but still useable well before the few days (I would just put the books back on them when I wasn’t using them).

Very well made and big enough to see without glasses.
