Love the product! Gives the skin light bronze color, applies easily and smooth. Smells great! Its my second jar and definitely will buy again when needed.

I've used tanning oil sprays when laying out and they do an ok job. However, this tanning gel keeps your tan longer and looking golden all summer long. Its very hydrating and smells good. The only downfall is that it doesn't have any sunscreen in it.

Great moisturizer and enhancer for tanning. Gives my skin a healthy glow. The price is right as a little goes a long way!

The good news is - it works. As soon as you apply it, you get a little kiss of sun. A little goes a long way, and it's very easy to apply. The bad new: It will stain what ever it touches, and it is VERY hard to wash off. Took a shower when I got home from the beach today - hot water and plenty of soap... my legs still feel greasy, and my white bath towel has a little discoloration on it. Plan ahead for the times you are going to use this - old bath towel and old sheets.

Works extremely well! But wear sunscreen!! Like PLEASE don’t be dumb like me and avoid applying sunscreen unless you want to end up like me and be covered in blisters. With proper usage this tanning gel works magic but if you don’t use it properly you will begin rethinking life

I bought this because the majority of the reviews were positive so I wanted to try it. I have a cruise coming up so I wanted to have a nice glow before embarkation day. I stayed out 15 minutes each side, given the advise from other people. And the photos are prior to using the product, immediately afterwards, and about 4 hours after tanning. You can see somewhat of a deepening but nothing compared to what some of these other reviews suggest. Pros: -There’s no smell of any kind -It does aid in tanning a bit Cons: -Another reviewer described the consistency to that of caramel. That is perfectly accurate. It’s thick and globby and doesn’t spread the best. -It’s VERY greasy, like don’t touch anything, don’t sit on anything because it will get everywhere. To be honest, I felt gross. -It is tinted and as a result it stained my bathing suit and towel. -It was difficult to wash off. I still felt greasy after scrubbing repeatedly. All in all, I would not recommend this product. Given the cost of the product versus the payoff, it’s just not worth it.

I know it works because I just spent a week in Hawaii, and I didn’t use it the first several days because I was afraid of burning. I was trying to build up a base tan first before using this stuff. I ended up using it only on my last two days at the beach. Today... we only got an hour of beach time because we were flying back to SF in the afternoon. So in the morning, before heading out to the beach, I put a light coat (seriously a light coat) of this stuff all over my body... EXCEPT MY FACE. I left my face bare. We spent one hour at the beach, swam in the ocean for about 30 minutes, and my body tanned DARK (even burned a little even though I had a base tan)... but my face barely got any color at all! It’s evening now and I am back from Hawaii... and looking in the mirror it’s very clear that my face is sooo much paler than the rest of my body! I didn’t use any sunscreen, so it’s got to be this tanning lotion that made such a difference. And that’s AFTER SWIMMING and no reapplying! You seriously do not need to reapply this stuff after swimming. It stays on your skin even in water. I love the scent of this lotion, as well. It’s not a fresh scent through... instead it’s a nutty carrot and coconut scent. unusual, however definitely beachy scent. You’ll see what I mean once you get a tub yourself. Not too strong. And the scent doesn’t last. I love the way it smells, personally, and I wouldn’t mind if it lasted a lot longer, in fact. The scent blends great with my beachy summer fragrances. I was skeptical. Now I know this stuff is serious business. If you do not have a base tan, I would use extreme caution with this stuff. Definitely use sunscreen under it, if your skin is not already tan. Or just forget using this until your skin is truly ready for it. Word to the wise. A few other comments: you do not need to use a lot of this, so don’t. You will only waste the product if you use a lot. I’ve made a dent in mine but I’ve still got plenty left to use... over half the bottle. Staining: you do need to be careful with this stuff near your swimsuit if it’s a light colored suit. That’s a bummer, but the staining is not horrendous or highly visible (especially if you are careful and don’t slather this stuff on like frosting a cake...you don’t need a lot anyway). I have not yet washed my bikinis to see if it comes out in the wash. But I’ll let you know if the slight staining comes out once I wash my swim suits. It’s only a slight discoloration near the seams. ————————————————————— A couple years later and I no longer feel excited about this. Whatever waxy chemical that is used in this stuff dries my skin out (over several uses, in an accumulative fashion) and it also behaves strangely on my skin. It does get me very dark very quickly, but I find myself wondering… at what cost? I am actually not normally too concerned about ingredients in skin lotions (I am, but I don’t freak out over occasional mineral oil on my body, or a bit of cones here and there) however the way this stuff behaves does give me pause.

Omg this is my 4th tub of this.it smells and feels amazing.it actually hydrates your skin and leaves it silky. And most of all the tan you get is stunning honestly.and you can't even see the cream oil on your skin.i love this. The only thing is it gets on your clothes. But it does wash out . Its only from amazon i buy it tho. As I bought some of ebay and it was same tub everything. But it was so watery. I knew as soon as I opend it. It was nothing like it. Im just being honest..
