This is a good product. It's not too aggressive, but it works over time. I think it's one of the better products for skin tag removal. Now you need patience when using this product. It can take a few months of daily use on some larger skin tags. But it will shrink, and then fall off as it becomes thinner and the attachment to the skin shrinks. I have a skin tag on my eye lid. It’s small but bothersome. I got the product on Wednesday and started applying to the skin tag. There’s no obvious change on the tag on the first 3 days. On the 4th day, I could see the changes in color and size. My skin tag is getting very small now and looks like it would fell off anytime now. I will provide an update after it’s gone entirely.Update 2/26/2019: I almost forgot to update because this product is working. My skin tag on my eye lid has totally gone. I still have 1/4 content left in the bottle. Compared to other review, maybe my skin tag was small. The key to make it work is to apply the product closely as instructed in the first week, based on my experience. The only thing that bothers me was the strong smell of the product.

I had a wierd skin tag on my freaking eye lid, yes like on the hood part of my eyelid. UGH. I was weary of what to do but had to try something. I figured this was a drop in the bucket compared to going to a dermatologist and I obviously hoped to avoid any actual surgical or burning procedures (on my eyelid)!
