I have been looking for a posture corrector for a while to use at my desk and didnt want to spend a lot of money on something that I only intend to use for a short peroid of time. That being said, I also did not want to purchase a product that would be poor quality or uncomfortable which usually comes with a cheaper price tag. This posture corrector is perfect as the price is reasonable and its comfortable enough to wear for the few hours a day I spend sitting at my desk. I have a bad habit of leaning forward which causes pain in my neck which flairs up every few weeks. This brace practically eliminates me leaning at all and so far the pain in my neck seems to have improved massivley after only a few days of use. The quality of the product is great, the only thing I'm disappointed at is trying this sooner as I could have improved my sitting posture months ago if I just took the plunge!

I've been using this for a few months now as a way to correct my shoulder posture I've been using it for a hour or so a few times a day over the last few months and my doctor has said it has made a barely noticeable impact but it has done something! Maybe this would have a better effect depending on the severity of the posture correction required. Overall it has made a difference to my posture so it does work. I would give 5 stars as it has actually done something and maybe with more time will continue to correct my spine the reason I have knocked a star off is the underarm straps are very uncomfortable even with extra layers padding out the area you still end up with noticeable marks under the arms.

I have worn the spinal support brace only a few times so can not begin to claim to know the product's effectiveness for my particular issues. I have bone issues, muscular issues and a variety of other disabilities and struggles. However, I am committed to carefully upping my usage, while refining what my body is comfortable with while also challenging my body so as to gradually improve lumbar muscles, all being well. So far I have no complaints with the product and the workmanship seems standard enough. The system is immediately simpler than one might imagine, once within one's view but that also encourages easy application and continued use. I am open minded: I shall endeavour to keep using and remain mindful of current limitations, while pursuing that aforementioned push, as my posture really is worsening and I have tried so much to improve it. I am considering performing certain exercises while wearing the brace and I believe it may prove useful to do so. We shall see.

Many issues with this product, while it helped a little pulling the shoulders back, it didn't give any help with my lower back. I found it to give very little support on my lower back and the fact its attached the the shoulder part, means it pulls on the back support and it starts riding up my back. I recommend you buy the individual items, shoulder and back support, not a combined version as it is removing support from the lower back. I tried the medium and large version, Xl would clearly be too big for me, so it wasn't a sizing issue.

This has to be the best product I have purchased on Amazon. I suffer with a back problem and noticed that my posture was very poor. I made this purchase because of a recommendation and let me tell you: I feel GREAT. Not only does this product help fix your posture, it is very comfortable and helps support my back without causing any pain. It fits perfectly and I was surprised by how great the quality was. I recommend it to anyone wishing for quick results on a good posture.

It seems to be a great product, pulls your shoulders back and your lower back forward. Helps when i work at a desk all day. The only thing i would change and may buy to change myself is having quick release buckles on the shoulder restraints. I dont know if they they tried this or not but as they are like rucksack straps, once you tighten them its not easy to loosen them again to get the device off again. Also i may get some padding for under the armpits. Sitting straight is fine but if you twist or turn the straps ripple and can dig in

I’m currently suffering with a bulging disc/sciatica days at work became a struggle and I was constantly taking tramadol to help with the pain. I decided to try this and it works wonders for me. If anyone is suffering with the same back problem as me I would highly recommend this. Only negative is i ordered medium and needed large so I would recommend ordering a size bigger than your normal size for a more comfortable fit over clothing besides that it’s a thumbs up from me 👍🏾
