I ordered the Waiter Wallet Jr because I don’t use an apron. This wallet is a little thicker than a standard men’s wallet and fits perfectly in your back pocket. I wear jeans most days.It’s highly functional but became even more so when I added the expansion flap (sold separately). Now I have three pages of custom notes that I use for my beer list, drink and food specials, and bourbon list. This really is the best part of the design and what makes it useful. If you purchase this, make sure you get the expansion as well.There are two compartments inside you can use for cash and receipts. There is also a few spots for cards. This is useful when a guest gives you their credit card before you bring them a check. It is also useful for security or manager approval cards.I’ve been using it for almost a month now and it seems to be holding up just fine. I do wish it came in a leather option though. I would gladly pay $50 knowing it would last for years to come.Overall, this is an extremely useful tool for a server. It’s also really cool looking and people often ask me where I got it once they see it. I almost want to start using an apron to get the bigger model. Almost..By the way, you can use any 3x5” notepad. You don’t have to use their brand’s pad.

I like the idea of this product, as it helps me with the bundle of information I need on me while working. However, it fell apart after very little time, with relatively gentle use.

This insert is awesome and very helpful. Great for personal notes or extended menus.

I’m a waitress at Cracker Barrel and I hate the large, bulky, company supplied books. I love my waiter wallet. It’s small and light weight and it doesn’t affect my gait. The company supplied bulky books would cause pain in my hip on the side I carried the book because it was right in the bend at my hip and affected my gait, how I carried stuff, how I removed plates off trays, etc. I highly recommend this. I have also bought 3x5 note pads from office supply stores to replace refills in it. They are cheaper than this brand offers and less waste.

I really like my Waiter Wallet, so I decided to buy one of these to hold my restaurant's extensive wine list. The intended functionality of this product (adding 2 more inserts) is great; however, the construction quality is not. I've only been using it for about a month and the half with the inserts has already begun to tear just from normal use (i.e., opening and closing my Waiter Wallet), which you can see in the attached photo. The place where it has teared lies along the center crease of the Waiter wallet and is stressed when opening to take an order. I really wish I could say I'd recommend this to other servers, but with the current design this issue seems unavoidable during normal use.

Wonderful product but falls apart quickly. They just released the premium. I went and bought it asap on their site. Much better product. Serving is brutal, we need a tougher product. IMHO this should be discontinued and replaced with the leather one. But if you're on a budget, it's a life saver.

Solid item. I work fine dining and usually am providing bottle service/improving guest experience so I use this a little differently than designed. Only complaint is that it doesn't gracefully slide in/out of apron. Wouldn't call it a product flaw directly...my two pocket aprons leave lots of room, I just prefer my three pocket ones.

Awesome addition to my waiter wallet that I wish I had with my first one but why does it not come in the Sr. Size? I have not gotten to use it working yet but I'm stoked to have a spot for my specials and nightly notes.
