nicely poured plates and covenient packaging
I use these for experimental purposes - I make custom media I can't buy but if I can buy it, it's a time saver. The agar is nice and thick to retard drying, no bubbles. They are not one package of 10 but 2 -twos and 2-threes which means you don't have to expose all to potential contamination by opening a pack of 10 at a time. This is my third order and I have yet to get a cracked plate.

A good purchase!
I work full time and have two kids. Pouring my own agar plates for my online MicroBiology class was time consuming and I don’t have a lot of time as it is. I performed a serial dilution with S.cerevisiae and the microbes grew perfectly on these plates. They came quick and were in perfect condition. I will continue to buy these when I need them for my labs!

Fun Science
Actually bought this on accident while drunk, but still very cool, I don’t have an incubator but I bought it in the summer so I could put them outside. The only thing is they don’t last in the refrigerator for more than a month or two without molding a little, but that’s expected. Fun stuff!

Exactly what I expected and high quality like a college lab
Awesome product and great for home lab projects of all ages. Also they are nicely packaged in pairs so you can ensure the sterility of all plates. Way easier than pouring your own plates.
