Also folds up much smaller than my existing 4 wheel walker which makes it much easier when going in the car. I love the extra storage mine came with too really handy having a lower one and a higher one. I went via desertcart to get the vat back just had to fill out a form and email it over to desertcart and they processed it straight away for me as a refund for the amount of the vat.
